Cathy Balcer
A graduate in English & Theatre Studies from Plymouth University, Cathy’s first main job was as Office Manager in the accommodation services department at the University of Exeter, a role which gave her tremendous experience in handling complex coordination tasks and business administration - skills which have proved useful to her in her vital role at Crisp Professional Development.
Cathy runs the back office operations at CPD, organising the training course programme, coordinating trainers, venues and delegates and managing the resultant paperwork and administration.
