Bell have been working closely with Warwickshire based Dent Wizard International to develop and implement franchise options for its Dent Wizard, Flying Colours and Wheel Wizard concepts - giving Dent Wizard the capacity to rapidly expand its UK operations.
Dent Wizard is one of the UK’s leading specialists in motor vehicle Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) and SMART repairs. Dent Wizard’s highly trained technical operators provide a mobile service to motor traders, distributors, auction centres and private individuals throughout the country. Since 2003, the organisation has been part of Manheim Europe, part of the world’s largest vehicle remarketing company. In the UK the future of this sector is seen as being able to provide an integrated range of services that take used vehicles back into the marketplace in first rate condition and with maximum retained value - the specialist services provided by Dent Wizard being very much part of this equation.
To meet this potential demand Dent Wizard has re-structured its operations and business objectives to focus far more on the Corporate and B2B sectors and the Crisp team have been working closely with the company to develop and implement the concept and structure to transform the core business from Corporate ownership to a franchise model, allowing recognition of individual efforts in enhancing the business model.
Working to a tight time-scale and a formal launch at the recent British Franchise Exhibition at Olympia in March, Crisp undertook a range tasks that encompassed a core business review, competitive research, concept development, internal communications, creation of legal agreements, manuals and associated documentation, in addition to introducing recruitment, profiling and training procedures. Crisp also fully supported the exhibition event assisting with the associated PR and Press campaigns.
The end result has been a successful launch for Dent Wizard’s move into franchising with 15 franchisees operational by March, well within the first year target of 30 franchises and with the potential to develop across the 150 operational territories identified across the UK.
