Dent Wizard - Major Franchise Project for Crisp Consulting

Crisp Consulting have been appointed to develop and implement a major franchising conversion programme for Dent Wizard International – The ‘SMART’ Vehicle Repair Company whose HQ is at Sutton Coldfield. Dent Wizard is part of Manheim Europe, the largest vehicle remarketing group this side of the Atlantic!

The project involves a high degree of strategic planning work including:
· Concept design and financial modelling
· Territory considerations
· Technical and Business Manuals
· Local Marketing Programme for new entrants
· Franchise Marketing and Public Relations
· Executive Selection

Dent Wizard with help from Crisp is aiming to exhibit at the British Franchise Exhibition on 25/26 March 2006.
