The Dales - Marketing a Caring Approach
Over the last 12 months, Crisp Consulting has been working with ‘The Dales’ an Exeter based Nursing Home, specialising in the care of the elderly and infirm.
‘The Dales’, is very much a family business run by Dale Crisp and has built up an enviable reputation with guests, relatives and referrers alike for the quality of its nursing services and ‘home from home’ caring community atmosphere.
The Nursing Home sector has become increasingly competitive in recent times with fewer formal referrals as the elderly are often now increasingly supported in their home accommodation for longer periods and other pressures.
‘The Dales’ has therefore adopted a very positive approach to marketing its services more effectively and to a wider market that now includes private care guests.
Crisp have worked with Dale Crisp to review the marketplace, devise a basic marketing strategy and improve communications and promotion.
The later has involved working very closely with ‘The Dale’s existing Web designers, Plymouth based DM Informatics Ltd to provide content for a brand new web site that clearly reflects the new look Dales.
