To develop 2 Franchise Concepts

Approach/solution:
Provide and implement an action plan for the franchise programme within a 10 week period to allow the company to exhibit at the British Franchise Exhibition at Olympia in March.
Process:
The Crisp team undertook the following:
- Core Business review and devising franchise concept
- Communications with existing workplace
- Competitive research
- Produce full operations manuals
- Legal Agreements for both concepts, brief and review
- Company Management briefings on training, recruitment of franchisees, profiling and procedures
- Recruiting Franchise Manager
- Facilitating British Franchise Association accrediting
- Press and Public Relations around launch
The Crisp team implemented on time the programme for conversion and new franchisees, with 15 franchisees operational by March 2006.
