A chain of mortgage brokers operating from retail sites in towns across the South-West from Bristol to Plymouth.
Challenge/Task:
To improve effectiveness of current marketing activity
Crisp Involvement:
Lead Consultant: Andy Parker, Creative Director: Paul Beardmore
Approach/Solution:
Crisp conducted a full diagnostic review of on-going marketing activities, including a comprehensive promotional audit to assess areas for improved marketing activity and identify potential cost savings.
Process:
The Crisp team undertook the following:
Outcomes:
The Crisp team generated a full business review report and marketing strategy for discussion with the Directors. Acceptance of these recommendations has led to the development of a new and distinctive corporate identity for the Mortgage Shop. This, in turn, has led to Crisp developing new treatments for both Yellow Pages advertising, and ‘door-to-door’ flyers.
Associated e-business developments and database and direct mail activity are also under review, with the aim of reducing customer acquisition costs.
Satisfactions:
Widely acknowledged improvement to The Mortgage Shop brand identity, with a more “engaging“ and contemporary logo. The identity application has been extended across all marketing collaterals.
