P3 is MCS’s behavioural profiling product. It provides up to 20 different reports, all of which can be used in the recruitment process. Chartside felt that P3 offered the best solution to their strategic needs.
Process:
Management and Team Expert modules provide Chartside with tools such as Team Analysis, Communication and New Hire Integration reporting to gain an objective view of some of the dynamics at play in the management environment.
