MRI Worldwide uses the P3 Behavioural Profiling and Performance Management Tool in its re-branded guise, SelecSys.
Challenge/Task:
To use SelecSys as a recruitment aid while harnessing the potential ‘sell on’ value of the generated reports.

Approach/solution:
SelecSys is a behavioural profiling product. It provides up to 20 different reports, all of which can be used in the recruitment process. MRI offices across Europe subscribed to the view that SelecSys would reduce their admin time and provide them with a highly-effective” marketing tool for adding value to their service.
Process:
SelecSys was installed in various MRI offices across Europe. Once in place, staff members were trained in the effective use of the tool. Now, SelecSys is a critical part of the organisation’s routine processes.
Outcomes:Over the past five years across every MRI office in over 30 countries, a success ratio has been achieved in retained assignments of improving staff retention rates by 97% - directly attributed to SelecSys.
